Professional excellence demands focus, speed, and strategic thinking. Personal life management requires something entirely different — discretion, emotional intelligence, anticipation, and steady stewardship. When those two domains blur, friction accumulates. And even the most capable people begin to feel it. Muse was created to honor that separation.
We believe that when exceptional individuals are freed from the operational weight of their personal lives, their impact multiplies. Our role is not simply to perform tasks — it is to absorb complexity so you can direct your energy where it matters most.
Muse works selectively with leaders, builders, and visionaries who understand that their time is their most valuable asset — and who value mutual respect and discretion as deeply as we do.
This is intuitive work. It requires judgment, restraint, and the ability to anticipate what hasn’t yet been articulated. It requires composure when things are layered and fast-moving. And it requires genuine care for improving quality of life for people whose bandwidth is often stretched thin.
Muse exists to broaden capacity, protect privacy, and create calm. Because when complexity is handled well, excellence has room to thrive.
The Muse Approach
Founding Thoughts
I founded Muse | Private Services after years of working alongside high-performing executives in demanding, high-visibility environments. In those roles — as both an Executive and Personal Assistant — I worked to be a steady presence in complex situations. The doer. The fixer. The one who can make difficult things happen without disruption.
Over time, I have supported leaders with extraordinary standards, compressed timelines, and little margin for error. I’ve also worked for more than a few personalities — experiences that sharpened my discernment, strengthened my composure, and refined my ability to operate calmly under pressure.
What I recognized early on was this:
The highest-performing individuals are often carrying the heaviest invisible burdens.
They are responsible for outcomes that extend far beyond themselves. They are the decision-makers, the stabilizers, the ones others rely on. And in the process, their own needs—time, space, simplicity—are often the first to be deprioritized. Their energy is spoken for long before they consider their own.
These are the individuals we serve.
Muse was created to quietly step into that space—to bring relief where there is pressure, structure where there is complexity, and discretion where there is visibility. Our role is not to add another layer, but to remove the friction that stands between our clients and the way they want to live and operate.
We exist to give back time, clarity, and ease—so that the people who carry the most can move through their lives with a greater sense of control, support, and quiet confidence.
