• Source, vet, hire, and manage all household service providers and vendors
    (e.g., cleaning, landscaping, maintenance, pet care, security, specialty services)

  • Serve as primary point of contact for household staff and vendors, including scheduling, communication, and issue resolution

  • Oversee vendor performance, renegotiate terms when appropriate, and replace providers as needed

  • Manage household purchasing, replenishment, and inventory
    (linens, supplies, consumables, seasonal needs, and essentials)

  • Coordinate groceries, household goods, and recurring orders to ensure seamless availability

  • Organize household systems to improve efficiency and reduce friction
    (pantries, closets, storage, back-of-house spaces)

  • Coordinate decorating, seasonal setup and breakdown, and home refreshes in alignment with client preferences

  • Manage home maintenance schedules and preventative care to avoid last-minute issues

  • Oversee repairs, upgrades, and minor projects through trusted vendors

  • Coordinate care, oversight, and readiness of secondary or additional residences

  • Ensure homes are prepared in advance of arrivals, departures, and hosting needs

  • Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, or upcoming needs and address them before they require client attention
